Verint Audiolog Voice Recorder Platforms

Audiolog by Verint® is a complete, open architecture system for recording, logging, archiving, and playing back multi-media conversations. Audiolog integrates seamlessly into contact centers and public safety environments, either as a standalone recorder/playback unit, or as a dedicated server in an established network. Audiolog records interactions on PBX, ACD, trunked radio and CTI systems, using advanced technology developed by Verint’s in-house engineering to ensure compatibility and ease-of-use.

Voice recording allows businesses to track records, increase security, improve customer service, and decrease mistakes. Although voice logging is synonymous with telephone recording, or phone recording, it also includes recording the radio and tracking VoIP conversations. In a call center setting, it is sometimes called “agent monitoring” or “call logging” The word “logging” comes from the logging of telephone calls or audio files that are generated as each recording is created.
